制袋机操作规程
1.目的

对制袋生产过程建立文件化的程序,确保操作者正确操作机器,安全地生产出合格的制袋产品。

3.准备工作

3.1 开机前仔细阅读《印刷产品生产工艺单》,正确理解工艺要求,包括订单编号,客户名称、产品名称、成品规格、材料结构、切刀位置、封口位置、袋脚尺寸、有无漏气孔、装箱要求或其它要求等内容,并按要求找出制袋半成品。
3.1 Read the Printed Product Production Process Sheet carefully before starting the machine, understand the process requirements correctly, including order number, customer name, product name, finished product specifications, material structure, cutting knife position, sealing position, bag foot size, air leak, packing requirements or other requirements, and find out the half of the bag according to the requirements. 3.2 检查水路、电路、气路是否正常。

3.3 用溶剂擦干净所有的导辊,压辊特别是与材料接触的地方,以避免造成产品划伤,拉丝等质量问题。

3.4 根据工艺要求选择热封刀具、检查刀口是否有缺口,特别与材料接触的部分。

3.5 用砂纸打磨干净热封刀口上的污染物。

3.6 安装原材料、设定温度,选择热封布的长度和宽度。

3.7 调整热封刀压力(安装时一般热封处于下压状态时,固定热封刀的支架与它下面的螺母之间距离5-10毫米为好),调整气阀使压力在2KG左右。
