One
控制柜无显示
No display of control cabinet.
1、机箱无电源，检查机箱的控制电源、开关电源及底板；

2、主板未启动，维修或更换主板

Two
控制柜正常显示，机器无法启动
The control cabinet is displayed normally, and the machine cannot start.
1、检查按钮信号，启动信号未进去或停止按钮信号有粘连，可以进入功能测试页面检测；
1. Check the button signal, start the signal is not in or stop the button signal adhesion, you can enter the functional test page detection;
2、变频器未启动，检查变频器接线及控制电压和触点信号，检查变频器是否有报警；
2. If the frequency converter is not started, check the connection and control voltage and contact signal of the frequency converter, and check whether the frequency converter has an alarm.
3、线路板损坏，更换线路板

控制柜显示挂机失败（或联机失败），其他正常

1、检查通讯线
1. Check the communication line.
2、主板CMOS设置丢失，重新设置CMOS，主要是串口（Onboard Serial  Port）的设置，主板设置正常仍有问题，更换主板；
2. The motherboard CMOS settings are missing, reset CMOS, mainly the settings of the Onboard Serial Port, the motherboard settings are still normal problems, replace the motherboard;
3、温控板（HANDLE232，HANDLE40，WENDU422)损坏,检查温控板控制电压，更换温控板

机器能正常启动，伺服电机走料不正常
The machine can start normally, and the servo motor is not properly operated.
1、主板CMOS设置丢失，重新设置CMOS设置，
1, the main board CMOS settings are missing, and the CMOS settings are reset.
2、检查伺服控制板，维修或更换线路板
2. Check servo control panel, repair or replace circuit board.

机器能正常启动，伺服电机不走料
The machine can start normally, and the servomotor does not take material.
1、查看驱动器参数，重新设置参数或更换驱动器
1, view driver parameters, reset parameters or replace drivers.
2、检查拖料信号，更换霍尔开关（或接近开关）
2. Check the towing signal and replace the Holzer switch (or proximity switch).
3、维修或更换伺服控制板
3, repair or replace servo control panel.

印刷袋时，色标无法跟踪
When printing bags, color labels cannot be tracked.
1、检查传感器电源，光电开关；

2、主板CMOS设置丢失，重新设置CMOS

1、检查停止信号，可以进入功能测试页面检测

放料电机不转或速度不对

1、检查放料变频器接线及控制电压和触点信号，检查变频器是否有报警     2、检查放料电位器，重新调试电位器

1、检查张力电位器和编码器

2、张力板损坏，维修或更换张力板

1、主机伺服控制板有问题
1, the host servo control board has problems.
2、机械胶辊打滑

正常开机时，同步浮辊跳动幅度大
When the machine starts normal, the synchronous floating roll has a large jump.
1、机器烫刀有压料情况，矫正主电机转盘处的起始点信号位置
1. Press the blanking tool and press the material to correct the starting point signal position of the main motor turntable.

开机提示伺服报警
Boot prompt servo alarm
1、检查伺服驱动器有没有报警，报警代码
1. Check the servo driver for alarm and alarm code.
2、若伺服驱动器没报警，则伺服控制板接触不良或控制板已损坏，维修或更换
2. If the servo driver does not give an alarm, the servo control board is not in good contact or the control board is damaged, repaired or replaced.

倍送、切刀、冲孔信号异常

1、电磁阀信号线有短路
