Common faults of computer controller of hot-cutting bag machine:
1、按启动按钮，主机无法启动，不工作：
1. Press the startup button, the host can not start, does not work:
① 首先就得先关掉电源重启，如无法启动请检查变频器有无报警，如果有报警则需更换变频器。
First of all, we must turn off the power supply and restart. If it can not start, please check whether the frequency converter has an alarm or not. If there is an alarm, we need to replace the frequency converter.
② 检查中间继电器有无正常工作，如无正常工作则需更换中间继电器。
(2) Check whether the intermediate relay is working properly or not. If it is not working properly, it is necessary to replace the intermediate relay.
③ 检查U、V、W、380V电压是否正常，如均正常则需更换电机。
(3) Check whether the voltage of U, V, W and 380V is normal or not. If all are normal, the motor should be replaced.

2、电脑显示屏不显示或按键失灵：

① 首先检查开关电源有无DV 24V电压输出。或接近开关损坏断路导致电源指示灯不亮，没有24V输出。

② 更换接近开关或开关电源。

③ 更换电脑。

3、机器能启动，但送料胶辊不转不送料：

① 检查伺服驱动器有无报警，无报警则需更换伺服驱动器。

② 检查接近开关有无烧坏，若烧坏则需更换接近开关。
(2) Check whether the proximity switch is burnt out or not. If it is burnt out, the proximity switch should be replaced.

4、机器开始工作，但送料胶辊送料很慢或者送料送很久：

① 主要检查电脑“修改”里面的“脉冲当量”参数当前值是否为“0.107”。
(1) Mainly check whether the current value of the "pulse equivalent" parameter in the computer "modification" is "0.107".
5、后放料直流电机或者输送带电机不转动，不工作：
5. Rear discharge DC motor or conveyor belt motor does not rotate or work:
① 检查直流马达调速板左上角的过流指示灯是否亮，如果过流指示灯亮关闭总电源5秒钟再上电，如果过流指示灯还亮，请更换直流马达调速板。
(1) Check whether the overcurrent indicator in the upper left corner of the DC motor governor is on, if the overcurrent indicator is on and off for 5 seconds, and then power on, if the overcurrent indicator is still on, please replace the DC motor governor.
② 检查调速电位器是否失灵，若失灵更换电位器。
(2) Check whether the governor potentiometer is out of order and replace the potentiometer if it is out of order.
③ 检查直流电机碳刷是否磨损过度，若已磨损过度更换碳刷。
(3) Check whether the brush of DC motor is worn excessively and replace the brush if it has been worn excessively.
6、打孔机不打孔或打不穿料：
6. The puncher does not punch or punch materials:
① 首先检查电脑里参数设定：“冲孔延时”当前值是否为“50-80”毫秒，“打孔延时”当前值是否为“30”毫秒，“功能17口”当前值是否为“1打孔”

② 检查打孔机是否磨损
