1、 检查热刀是否有卡顿：热刀封切不顺畅会造成封口有时牢固有时不牢固：

2、 检查刀口是否会因为加热而变形，弯曲，检查方法就是把热刀转动到底位，当热刀刚要接触到硅胶辊或硅胶板时，通过透光法判断热刀有无变弯曲，如有弯曲，修复刀口平面度。
