冷切
冷切分为拉片冷切、挤片冷切、挤条冷切。拉片冷切是用开炼机塑化,冷却后用平板切粒机切粒,这种方法产量大,适合各种形状的塑料,但不适合黏度小和易于发生热氧降解的塑料。挤片挤条冷切是物料经过挤出机挤出料条或片,料条通过冷却水槽冷却,再利用风千机吹干料条表面的水分,通过牵引装置送至切粒机切粒。此类方法不易发生热氧降解。

This method has large output and is suitable for plastics of various shapes, but it is not suitable for plastics with low viscosity and easy thermal oxidative degradation.
