| 一、步进电机不拖料 I. Stepping motor without dragging material 1、检查电源电压是否正常，电压过高或过低伺服放大器处于保护状态。 1. Check whether the power supply voltage is normal or not, and the servo amplifier with too high or too low voltage is in a protective state. 2、伺服放大器熔丝有未断掉。 2. The fuse of servo amplifier has not broken. 3、伺服放大器插头是否插牢。 3. Whether the plug of servo amplifier is firmly plugged in. 4、微电脑霍尔信号是否正常。 4. Whether the Hall signal is normal or not. 二、拖料与主机不同步 2. Non-synchronization between towing and main engine 1、霍尔信号磁钢位置是否走位。 1. Whether the position of Hall signal magnet is aligned or not. 2、霍尔开关是否损坏。 2. Is the Hall switch damaged? 三、拖料时长时短 3. Dragging time 1、步进电机与驱料胶辊连接同步皮带是否松动。 1. Whether the synchronous belt between the stepping motor and the driving rubber roller is loose or not. 2、驱料胶辊压力是否过小。 2. Whether the pressure of displacement cots is too small. 3、放料太重或放料与主机不同步。 3. The discharge is too heavy or out of synchronization with the main engine. 四、电加热器不加热或温控失灵 4. Electric heater not heated or temperature control failure 1、加热器损坏。 1. Heater damage. 2、热电偶接点不牢。 2. The thermocouple contacts are not firm. 3、双向可控硅或固态继电器击穿。 3. Breakdown of bidirectional thyristor or solid state relay. 五、送料收料不转或不正常 5. Inreversible or abnormal feeding and receiving 1、送收料调速板是否损坏。 1. Whether the feeding and receiving speed regulating board is damaged or not. 2、调速板熔丝是否断开。 2. Whether the fuse of governor plate is broken. 3、电机碳刷接触不好。 3. Carbon brush contact of motor is not good. 4、调速电位器坏或接触不好。 4. Bad or bad contact of speed regulator potentiometer. 5、电机是否损坏。 5. Whether the motor is damaged or not. 六、跟踪不准或跟不到 6. Improper tracking or failure to follow 1、光眼灵敏度没调好。 1. Eye sensitivity has not been improved. 2、尺寸设置不对。 2. Incorrect size setting. 3、在不在色袋模式。 3. Non-existent color bag mode. 七、微电脑受干扰 VII. Feeding motor is fast and slow. 八、袋子拉毛 8. Bag Trimming 1、温度太低或温度太高。 1. The temperature is too low or too high. 2、出料顶杆太低。 2. The discharge ejector is too low. 3、拉料时间不对。 3. The pulling time is not right. 九、电脑速度显示总是零，按停止机器不停 9. The computer speed display is always zero and the machine stops. 1、霍尔传感器坏。 1. Hall sensor is bad. 2、磁铁位置不对。 2.
