| 操作规程 Operating procedures ①准备工作：清洁各导辊，清洁设备上异物，确认空压机是否达到要求。接通电源，设定温度，设定制袋规格参数。 ① preparation: clean the guide rollers, clean the foreign matters on the equipment, and confirm whether the air compressor meets the requirements. Turn on the power, set the temperature, and set the bag making specifications. ②接通EPC电源，安装膜卷，使薄膜依次穿到牵引辊。 ② connect the EPC power supply, install the membrane roll, and make the membrane pass through the traction roller in turn. ③手动控制薄膜进给。 ③ manual control of film feeding. ④确认熔断刀温度是否达到设定温度，进一步设定各种热封参数。 ④ confirm whether the temperature of fuse blade reaches the set temperature, and further set various heat sealing parameters. ⑤调整折好的薄膜使其沿设备中心运动，调整三角板折叠的薄膜到所设定尺寸，调整EPC装置。 ⑤ adjust the folded film to move along the center of the equipment, adjust the film folded by the triangle plate to the set size, and adjust the EPC device. ⑥调整超声波、插片、胶带等辅助装置和材料。 ⑥ adjust the auxiliary devices and materials such as ultrasonic, insert, tape, etc. ⑦运转设备，调整各部位位置。 ⑦ operate the equipment and adjust the position of each part. ⑧确认热封强度，必须调整熔断温度的设定及制袋速度。 ⑧ confirm the heat sealing strength, and adjust the setting of fusing temperature and bag making speed. ⑨正常生产。 ⑨ normal production. |
